Policy Review & Benchmarking

Policy Review with General Benchmarking	Policy review of current/future state policies against mobility best practices and general benchmarking using Sirva Policy Database. Providing feedback on gaps, alignment, cost savings, compliance and talent considerations.
Policy Review with Industry Specific Benchmarking	Policy review of current/future state policies against mobility best practices and industry specific benchmarking using Sirva Policy Database. Providing feedback on gaps, alignment, cost savings, compliance and talent considerations.
Policy Review with Custom Benchmarking	Policy review of current / future state policies against mobility best practices, and a set of specifically designated companies. Providing feedback on gaps, alignment, cost savings, compliance, and talent considerations. Data may come from the Sirva database or through a custom benchmark where policy information is obtained directly from designated companies who have agreed to participate in a custom benchmark.
Harmonization Policy Review with General Benchmarking	Policy review comparing two programs against each other, best practices, and general benchmarking. Providing feedback on gaps, alignment, cost savings, compliance, talent, and harmonization considerations.
Harmonization Policy Review with Industry Specific Benchmarking	Policy review comparing two programs against each other, best practices and industry specific benchmarking. Providing feedback on gaps, alignment, cost savings, compliance, talent, and harmonization considerations.
Review of Policy and Update	Review policy for specific area of change, concern or topic. Agreed to changes made to existing policies.
Policy Structure Review	Review of current policy structure for alignment with company talent goals and exploration of alternative approaches that might address any gaps / risks identified.

Policy Design

Policy Design Package	Sirva led design exercise to create / update relocation policies. Can include all or some of the following as applicable: policy review with benchmarking, current state assessment, harmonization, policy structure review, recommendations matrix, policy template, policies, addendums, and supporting policy materials.
A la Carte Policy framework matrix design	Sirva led design exercise to construct policy frameworks that will be used for internal socialization / signoff and the blueprint for the new policy documents.
A la Carte Policy writing (Sirva template)	Construct a policy document using Sirva's policy template.
A la Carte Policy writing (client customized)	Construct a policy document using an existing company policy template or in a new client directed format.
A la Carte Policy at a Glance or Policy Fact Sheet	Construct of a summary document that highlights the offerings provided within a full policy document.
